Day 1. 30 day shred.

I was gonna go to the gym but nah. I was to tired and I really wanted to watch some series while doing cardio but it wouldn’t download fast enough. Instead I did my first workout on the 30 day shred! I must admit, I thought it was going to be harder! 
I’ll deffinetly combine it with the gym and running!

I think I might fo dor a run with my friend Johan today unless he has got other plans (my body is quite dead, so he’ll outrun me in a flash). If I do I wont even be thinking about going to the gym. I want to build my body, not destroy it!

I saw a bunch of pictures so I googled it :D 
I’ts a 30 day workout with 3 levels, you do one level for 10 days ^-^ All levels are avalible on youtube!

I’ve seen so many amazing results from this 30 day workout that YEH I’m going to do it too! I don’t have any weights though… I’ll see if I find anything similar I can use instead :D 
Of course I’ll be taking a before and after photo. I don’t expect any big changes. We’ll see! ^-^

yes. I know you said that. I just don’t think it’s right to give advice to someone who wants to workout, get fit an healthy to eat 900-1200kcal a day. Even if you’re full it’s not healthy and will break down your body. I’m not totally lost when it comes to this. 
Lets say this girl did not want to work out, 900 kcal is still not enough. From what I’ve heard you should never go below 1300kcal.

oh must add. You do not need to eat less calories than you burn. Your body burns alot by itself during the day. If I get this right:if I do cardio one day and burn 400kcal, I should eat less than that? (If I wanted to loose weight). Is that what you’re saying? :S

hgudghudishig went to work but NOOO. I had switched my pass today so HAHAAH I had to go home X) I went back home ate a snack and headed to the gym ^-^ I wasn’t going to but I DID! 

I have the day off tomorrow as well = gym and a run with my friend Johan :D

Was going to the gym today before work. BUT no they open at 10am…….. I have to take the subway at 11am so no time. WIll do some at home then!
